1. What we provide

We provide trade intelligence, supplier and buyer matchmaking, and business development services relating to trade between India and the United Kingdom.

We are not a law firm, customs broker, freight forwarder or tax adviser. Nothing on the platform is legal, customs, or tax advice. Tariff classification and rules of origin are formal determinations; obtain professional advice before contracting.

2. Accounts and membership

Exporter memberships are billed per the plan you select. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing date. UK Desk has a three-month minimum term.

Buyer accounts are provided free of charge. We may verify the information you provide and suspend accounts that appear fraudulent.

3. Data and estimates

Duty figures, buyer information and market data are drawn from official public sources and are provided for information only. They may contain errors, be incomplete, or lag the source. We label estimates as such and do not warrant accuracy.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will win orders, secure buyers, or achieve any commercial result. We commit to accurate data, verified introductions and honest effort.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
