Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, business email, phone, company, IEC, commodity codes and sourcing interests).
Usage data such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the service.
Business contact information about companies drawn from public sources such as Companies House and HMRC importer data.
How we use it
To provide the platform, match exporters and buyers, make introductions you request, send Buyer Signals and service emails, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. Suppliers and buyers only see the information you choose to share within an introduction or deal room.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@rondure.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
